Sponsored by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), Iraqi-Italian Business Council signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), with the Italian Exhibition Group IEG, organizers of the Ecomondo and KEY Energy exhibitions, to enhance cooperation in the field of sustainable industry and innovation.

This agreement establishes a framework for joint initiatives, future cooperation in the field of exhibitions, the active participation of Iraqi companies and businessmen, and the strengthening of Iraq-Italy partnerships in the renewable energy and environmental technologies sectors.
